In their next adventure, it's Thanksgiving and Nicholas and Ooby must confront a new threat orchestrated by Doodle to upend a bygone truce between the peaceful Saints and the humans. The dastardly scheme strips Nicholas and Ooby of their sleigh, their Time Bender, and their teleporting crystals and puts them all in Doodle's hands, which he promptly uses to incapacitate Nicholas. With Nicholas severely wounded and under the care of an old friend, Ooby must travel from the Greek Islands to an ancient castle in the mountains of Romania to meet with a secret society of mighty beings. Strong though they are, Doodle assembles a wicked army that is perfectly capable of defeating Ooby and his allies. Only Nicholas can rescue them, but to recuperate in time and save his friends and the entire Christmas season, he will need help from the most powerful force in the world... True Love.
