Description
The Indian economy is going through a very important stage of growth. At the time of independence, the economy was mostly based on agriculture, but there were a few factories here and there. Since then, the country has developed strong manufacturing skills in a wide range of industries. Kerala has made amazing progress in education, literacy, public health, the status of women, and the status of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe. It is now the state with the most social development. Most of the time, industrialization is seen as the same thing as economic development. But it's more than just the rise of industry. It's a move in the right direction for the whole social system. Economic development is the result of people doing things on purpose and in a planned way. People who are willing to take on responsibilities and risks are important to the growth of an economy. People like these are called entrepreneurs.
