Kenny has just moved onto Sugar Street in Cleveland, next door to the Cookie Lady. The Cookie Lady is famous for baking cookies for the Cleveland Cavaliers players--and a few extra for the neighborhood kids. But there's a catch. She expects to see a good report card in exchange for a cookie. Before Kenny's move, he got straight A's, but now he's struggling.
